I’ve developed a successful programme of Yoga at Work which is especially effective within an overall Wellness programme for staff.

This workplace-centred approach is tailored to specific needs of your organisation but generally includes poses for strength and stamina, for improving posture and back health, and for soothing desk-bound aches and pains.

Local clients include The Gurdon Institute, Mott Macdonald, Cognidox, St. Mary’s School, Queens College and Cambridge University Botanic Gardens.

Yoga at Working from Home

Since 2019 I have also been giving my Yoga at Work programmes online. These continue to be popular as many organisations operate with a mix people in the workplace and working from home. As well as offering all the benefits of the yoga itself these online yoga sessions are popular for providing an opportunity to connect with colleagues and co-workers outside of day to day online meetings
