Bringing yoga to your office/ what you need:
- Flexible Timing & Format: Whether you prefer an energizing morning flow, a midday recharge, or a relaxing end-of-day session, we tailor the schedule to fit seamlessly into your workday. Both in-office and virtual options are available, supporting flexible teams. Most offices book 45min weekly class (perfect to fit in before work or over the lunch-break)
- What you need: a clear space big enought for your group and yoga mats (I bring all other props). Meeting rooms usually work well.
- Pricing: typical Yoga at Work sessions cost between £75-95 depending on location and class size.
