Details supplied by visitors using the contact form are stored privately in a Microsoft account and used solely for the purpose of responding to enquiries made through this website. They are never shared with third parties and will be deleted after one year or immediately on request. Please use the contact form again to make this request.
Email addresses supplied via the contact form are not automatically added to the kayoga.co.uk mailing list, but if you select the option to be added to the mailing list your details will then be held separately in the same Microsoft account and you will receive occasional updates either from this website or directly from my Microsoft email address.
Emails to this list are infrequent as they are only sent when there is relevant information to communicate. Typically they contain information about timetable changes, new classes or upcoming retreat and workshop events. If at any time you would like to be removed from this list simply ask and it will be done.

This website does not store any data from visitors but contact details supplied via the contact form will be retained, as specified above, for one year or until we receive a removal request. Contact details for subscribers to the mailing list are held separately and will be retained until the subscriber makes a removal request.
