Get a great start to the New Year with an

Introduction to Arm Balances and Inversions

Learn to balance and be upside down in this fun and flowing inversion workshop.

This is a workshop for those of you who have practised for a while but haven't yet found the confidence or time to focus on arm balances and inversions or simply want to improve in these positions.

We will start with a flowing warm-up, working on strengthening the arms and core. You will then be guided into safe and comfortable arm balances and inversions such as: Crow, Supported Headstand, Tripod Headstand, Handstand and Forearm Balance. Plenty of options will be given.

We will finish with some restorative positions and a full relaxation.

Karin will be having lunch at Stir after the class and if you would like to join her please email before 2nd January, so that she can book a table for the group.
