Drop-In Classes

Karin holds a number of drop-in classes throughout the year. Everyone is welcome, whatever your age or physical ability, whether an absolute beginner or an advanced yogi. Come to a drop-in class and see how good yoga can make you feel. There are currently two types of class.

  • Gentle Yoga is suitable for people who want a relaxing yoga session or those with back problems. It is also ideal for post-natal and beginners who want to start softly.
  • Vinyasa Flow is for everybody who wants a more dynamic yoga class. It is suitable for beginners and more advanced students.
